Elena continues to progress well.
Fit out of the apartments are well underway with kitchens and bathrooms joinery being installed, painting ready for floor coverings.
External facade being rendered and cladding being installed along with the lift installation forging ahead with all scaffold related work.
Works planned on site for the next quarter of 2021:
- Completion of all infrastructure works
- Completion of the façade
- 50% completion of internal fit out
- Basement fit out completion
- Courtyard completion and landscape commencement
